The Park Street subdivision is located on the west side of the Town of Cut Knife just off Dion Avenue. The street runs north/south with building lots for new homes 75 feet wide on the east side of the road, and 50 feet wide on the west side. Lots are serviced with gas and power to the property line, and water/sewer to the future building. These lots are available for purchase at $30 per frontal foot, which makes them very affordable at $2,250, and $1,500 respectively.
The subdivision has a small mobile home park at its southern end and a green space reserve is also on site. Nearby, is the Cut Knife Health Complex and Forest Court Seniors Housing. A short walk away is Tomahawk Park and the Clayton McLain Memorial Museum. And, also close by, the Town has begun construction on a mogul hill for the area’s youth.
For more information about the mobile home park, building regulations and bylaws, taxes, etc., please contact the Town Office.
