Quarterly utility bills are issued at the end of March, June, September and December. Online bill payments are available through Innovation Credit Union, Royal Bank of Canada, and Toronto Dominion. E-transfers can also be sent to payments.cutknife@sasktel.net. Utility bills and receipts can be sent electronically via our e-Notice system. You can send your name and civic address to payments.cutknife@sasktel.net to sign up for the service.
