Once again, it is time for our annual Cut Knife & District Donors’ Choice campaign. Please find on the back of this letter the 2021 contribution form [see pdf link below]. Please fill out the form as desired and mail it back with your cheque made payable to:

An option this year for the campaign is donation by e-transfer. if you wish to send funds by e-transfer, it can be done by e-mail to ckdonorschoice@sasktel.net. Please send an additional e-mail with the name and address to be on the receipt, along with your choices of charities and fund distribution.
We would like to receive these forms back to us by October 31, 2021. Receipts for your donation can be picked up at the RM Office anytime after December 1st. If your receipt has not been picked up by December 31st, it will be mailed to you.
Donors’ Choice has been generously supported by this community since 1976. We appreciate your support in the past and look forward to your support in the future. By participating in this project, you can ensure the continuance of this worthwhile project. You can also be assured we will not share your name to be put on any other mailing list.
