Who else missed seeing the CK Courier in their mailbox on Wednesday? All of us who reach out to the community regularly, or even seasonally, will be looking for alternative channels of communication. Word-of-mouth, newsletters, bulletin boards, the Battlefords News Optimist, the Unity-Wilkie Press-Herald, websites, and social media – which one, or two or three, will work, and with which audience?
The Town of Cut Knife’s News blog welcomes items of interest from community organizations and clubs. We will gladly post your events, registrations, deadlines, updates, funeral notices, etc. – along with our own news – on our website. We accept submissions online via our email form, or in person at the Town Office and the Transfer Station.
We hope the Town’s News blog will become one of your new channels for reaching out to Cut Knife and area residents. Ask the CK Seniors Association how easy it is, and, if your organization is using Facebook, tag @townofcutknife for a share!
